MiraPact
Terms of Use
Effective August 5, 2026
These Terms govern your use of MiraPact. By creating a case, uploading a document, or purchasing a review, you agree to them and acknowledge the Privacy Notice.
Contracting operator
MiraPact is currently in a non-payment pilot. The contracting person or entity will be identified here before checkout is enabled.
Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18. You may upload a document only if you are a purchaser, co-purchaser, owner, or authorized helper with permission to provide it and request the review. You are responsible for accurate intake information and for coordinating with any co-purchaser whose rights may be affected.
What MiraPact provides
MiraPact locates and displays contract text, extracts facts, cites source pages, calculates a conditional candidate date from confirmed Nevada facts and a pinned public rule, performs deterministic financial calculations, models stated scenarios, identifies missing or conflicting information, and provides a balanced consumer-oriented assessment of costs and practical fit. Supported scope, features, delivery estimates, and availability may change and are shown before upload or payment.
No legal services or representation
MiraPact is not a law firm, lawyer, document-preparation service, timeshare exit company, or agent for you. Its candidate date is a conditional arithmetic result, not verification of an applicable legal deadline. MiraPact does not create an attorney-client relationship; determine that a statute or right applies; interpret legal effect; select a remedy, form, address, or delivery method; prepare or file a cancellation notice; contact HGV or another seller; negotiate; or guarantee cancellation or any other outcome. Only an independently retained lawyer can give you legal advice.
Time-sensitive situations
Timeshare cancellation periods can be short. An illustrative or document-confirmed candidate date is not a reason to wait for MiraPact before preserving or exercising a possible right. Use official public sources and contact an independent lawyer promptly if coverage, timing, delivery, a dispute, or a remedy may matter. A missing, passed, or inconclusive candidate date never means no legal right exists.
Documents and permission to process
You keep ownership of your documents. You give MiraPact a limited permission to store, normalize, extract, analyze, display, and delete them only to operate the requested service, secure it, and meet legal obligations. Do not upload malware, unlawfully obtained material, full payment-card data, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, or unrelated sensitive information.
Evidence, AI, and user verification
Automated extraction, translation, research, and narrative output can be incomplete or wrong. Original documents and official sources control. Confirm every material date, name, amount, address, and cited page. Financial scenarios depend on stated assumptions and are not promises of future price, availability, resale value, savings, or performance. A translated explanation is for understanding and does not replace governing text.
Paid Full Review
The MiraPact Full Review is a one-time US$49 purchase for one supported purchase package. It is not a subscription. Before payment, MiraPact shows the included scope, current delivery estimate, currency, and refund rule. Card issuers may apply their own exchange rates or fees. Payment is processed by Stripe.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that applicable law does not allow MiraPact to waive. If you purchase online, you may request a MiraPact refund for any reason within five business days after purchase by emailing help@getmirapact.com from the payment email. This contractual promise applies regardless of whether a separate statutory withdrawal or payment-reversal right also applies. The service may begin immediately after payment, but this five-business-day refund promise remains available.
Refunds
Request the five-business-day refund from the payment email without attaching a contract. MiraPact also refunds a Full Review whenever the case is outside the supported scope, the promised report cannot be produced from the supplied documents, the charge is duplicated, or applicable law requires it. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank or card-network posting time is outside MiraPact's control.
Acceptable use
Do not use MiraPact to process documents without permission, impersonate another person, obtain another user's case, submit malicious files, evade fair-use controls, automate bulk consumer cases, interfere with security, reverse engineer private access controls, or use output for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted, delayed, limited, corrected, or discontinued. MiraPact may narrow supported companies, locations, formats, or features when evidence quality or operational capacity is insufficient. We will preserve already delivered information and provide refunds where the paid promise cannot be met.
MiraPact materials
MiraPact's software, interface, brand, templates, and original explanatory content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use your case result and report for your personal decision-making and share them privately with authorized co-purchasers or advisers, subject to third-party source rights.
Suspension and deletion
You may delete your case through the service. MiraPact may suspend access or expensive processing for security threats, confirmed abuse, unlawful activity, or material violation of these Terms while preserving an appropriate contact or review path. Deletion and limited record retention follow the Privacy Notice.
No guarantee
To the extent permitted by law, MiraPact is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every document will be readable, every fact will be extracted, official sources will remain unchanged, a report will arrive before an external deadline, or any purchase, cancellation, refund, credit, travel, resale, or legal outcome will occur. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to waive.
Responsibility for decisions
You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act and for obtaining appropriate financial, tax, credit, or legal advice. MiraPact is responsible for delivering the purchased service with reasonable care; it is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user information, ignored uncertainty, reliance on a machine translation instead of the original, third-party services, or waiting for MiraPact when independent urgent action was required, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for new features, operational changes, or legal requirements. The current version and effective date will be posted here. A material change will not retroactively reduce a completed paid promise or alter how already collected sensitive information is used without appropriate notice.
Contact
Questions about the service, a charge, or these Terms can be sent by email. Do not attach a contract to ordinary email; use the secure case upload.
